Need a helper for an hour

I’m looking for someone to install Govee outdoor lights on second floor’s roof eaves (first roof is done by myself). Must be comfortable to work at height and preferably has extendible ladder (19 ft or larger) to reach to the roof. Easy job. Must have insurance as well.
