Job Opportunity: Cleaner for a Student Rental Complex on a part-time/on call basis.

Position: Cleaner
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, bedrooms, and laundry rooms, etc.
Maintain cleanliness in individual rental units between tenancies.
Perform routine inspections, routine cleaning, and report any maintenance. Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
Requirements:
– Previous experience is required,
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
– Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle,
– Reliable and punctual,
– Good physical stamina.
