Summary

AC Belliveau Veinotte has an exciting opportunity for a qualified EA with at least three years of relevant industry experience in our Bridgewater office. This position’s main purpose is to directly support three busy Partners and provide quality services to our clients in a positive and respectful manner. Our firm is growing, and you can grow along with us.

What will it take to succeed in this role?

Your educational background and your work experience include a minimum of three years of experience in a professional services environment. In addition, you have experience with providing excellent customer service, superior organizational skills, have a mature attitude and professional demeanor.

Personally, you have a high level of integrity, initiative and interpersonal savvy to build solid and trusting relationships with clients, along with internal stakeholders. You also bring proven teamworking and problem-solving skills.

      • Relevant Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Concierge, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
