Looking for Exterior Work Labourer

Hello All,

My name is Frank White and I run a business named Lion Head Contracting that is broken into two fully operational businesses province wide. Lion Head Restorations and Lion Head Asphalt. I am looking to expand the business and find a reliable labourer.

I am currently looking for an individual with a G2 or G license.

It is general labour work. This includes the painting and pressure washing of house siding, barn walls and roofs. The job also entails general barn repair (board and steel), seamless eavestrough, foundation repair and parging, blown-in and spray foam insulation, as well recycled asphalt, repair and sealing.

Must be okay with heights and working in warm and cold conditions.

This is not your typical hourly job, it is contract work so you will be paid out at a percentage of each contract. Only start up costs are work clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, food/drink money, as well as a valid driver’s license.

Payment will be wired to the employees back account and the employee will be in charge of his own income tax.
