Our ideal candidate will have the skills and personal attributes to coordinate, control, and perform work activities on a restoration project to successfully fulfil service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. As the front-line representative of the Paul Davis brand, the restoration tradesman demonstrates the company’s commitment to leading every customer to the best possible outcome. You will be able to acquire valuable leadership skills by mentoring and overseeing jobs.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual is an asset
• Valid Driver Licence
• First Aid, CPR, WHMIS beneficial
• Carpentry Skills a min 2-year experience
• Labor intensive able to lift 50lbs
• Bondable, Abstract
• Clean Criminal Record
• Efficiency and quality of work on projects • Customer service skills
• Good Communication skills
• Organized
• Positive Attitude, Respectful, Good Etiquette
• Cellphone
• Steel Toe Boots
• Tools of the trade are required
• Completing assigned rebuild projects to completion
• Capable of multitasking on a range of tasks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:
• Full Time 35 – 44 hours per week
• Salary based on skill starting at $24.00 to be negotiated
• Incentives and bonuses to be discussed
• Must be apart of the after hours on call rotation, evenings and weekends
• Overtime and travel within our trading area is possible
• Mitigation of residential and commercial buildings maybe requested.
