– Line set-up and organization

– Participate in food preparation, working with local produce

– Participation/working different stations such as hot side, cold dishes, etc

– Cleaning and proper equipment care
– Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

“`Experience“`
– Proven working experience as a line cook or pre Cook
– Excellent record of kitchen management
– Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
– Capable of delegating multiple tasks
– Communication and leadership skills
– Keep up with cooking trends and best practices

Skills:
– Food handling and preparation techniques
– Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
– Understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and budgets effectively
– Experience in team management, including training, coaching, and motivating staff members
– Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
– Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
– Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide excellent dining experiences

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
