Senior Care needs

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated home care provider/Caregiver for our private household in Surrey.
my Dad is 70 & advanced dementia, stroke with right sided paralysis, needs 24/7 surveillance and total care with dressing. Feeding and personal hygiene etc.
We have home visit 1 HR morning and 0.5 HR afternoon, during weekday.
Language: need General English but very import to be able to communicate in Shanghai dialect. as my parent only understand Shanghai Dialect. thank you for understanding!
