As the Artistic Director Barber and Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading our team of barbers, developing cutting-edge educational programs, and driving the artistic direction of our salon and academy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to our team of barbers, inspiring creativity, and maintaining high standards of excellence in service delivery.
2. Training & Development: Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs for barbers, ensuring that they are equipped with the latest techniques and trends in barbering and hairstyling.
3. Artistic Direction: Set the artistic direction for the salon and academy, overseeing the creation of innovative hairstyles, designs, and trends that resonate with our clientele.
4. Client Experience: Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall client experience, ensuring that every visit to our salon is memorable and exceeds expectations.
5. Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of industry trends, participate in relevant events, and build relationships within the barbering and hairstyling community to elevate the salon’s reputation.
Growth Plan:
Year 1: Establish a comprehensive training curriculum for barbers, focusing on foundational skills, advanced techniques, and customer service.
