Busy house with two kids and a dog

I’m looking for a housekeeper who can help manage the mess that our two adorable kids, aged 2 and 5, create. Ideally 4 hours a week.
I’m looking for someone who will clean like I would if I had more time. I need someone who works fast, paying attention to corners and other places where dust and crumbs gather. I also am looking for someone to help with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing and putting away.

We live in a heritage home in East Vancouver near 12th and Fraser and have a friendly and well behaved dog named Monty.
