Looking for Experienced Nanny in Kelowna BC – Wage negotiable.

We are a busy family of four, looking for a full time live out nanny to help us with childcare and household responsibilities.
About our family:
Two full time working professionals with two kids (10 mth and 5 yrs), two sassy cats, and a dog. We live a full, busy life with lots of extracurriculars, we enjoy the outdoors, camping, biking, skiing, gardening, swimming, travel and indoor hobbies too (like Lego, crafting, building and creating)!

About the position:
30-40 hours per week, with 50% of time dedicated to childcare and 50% of time dedicated to household tasks. Weekly guaranteed hours and an income maintenance for when we travel. This is a payroll position.
In addition to providing a safe, age-appropriate and engaging environment, childcare tasks involve getting ready in the morning for school and daycare, drop offs to these locations, and school pick ups. Bringing a child to extracurricular activities such as sports. Childcare during PD days and some school holidays as well.
Household tasks include such as laundry folding, dishes, tidying, meal prep (following a recipe), making lunches for children and pet care (walking the dog).
Shifts may start as early as 6:30 am, 2-3 days per week. We will require evening help once weekly and two weekend days per month.

The ideal candidate has their drivers’ license, their own vehicle in good working condition, CPR (up to date) and strong references from previous experiences.

Wage is negotiable, and our base rate for this position is $24.00/hour.
