Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling and coordinating interviews.
– Assist with recruitment by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting phone interviews.
– Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
– Support onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training.
– Administer employee benefits programs and respond to HR inquiries.
– Assist with payroll processing by verifying timesheets.
– Organize HR events and prepare HR reports.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with HR functions.
– Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
– Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus
