Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be joining a team of experienced individuals. You will be working in cross-functional teams and reporting to the Director of Operations. We work with you to ensure you are continuously challenged and engaged, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Job Duties
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution.
• Conducts extensive research online on our proprietary database.
• Prices product selections.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
• Must have a fast typing speed, with a minimum of 45 words per minute.
• Technology friendly.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be proficient in basic math.
• Able to multitask at various jobs.
• Available for a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM) with no remote option.
• Eye for quality.
• Secondary education.
• Must be passionate about marketing and customer service and always willing to go the extra mile.

Preferences
• Own reliable transportation.
• Preference will be given to bilingual (English & French) candidates.
• Experience in the promotional or branding industry is an asset.
• Post-secondary education.

Remuneration
• This is an entry-level position initially.
• Depending on experience, the salary ranges from $18 to $25 per hour.
• Future growth within the company, with potential earnings of $40,000 to $75,000 per year.
