Framer Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced professional for our condominium project, specializing in framing roofs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks related to framing and carpentry within the condominium construction.
• Safely and effectively operate air tools and other relevant equipment.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and use required safety equipment.
• Maintain a clean and secure work environment.
• Complete assigned tasks promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in framing roofs (preferred).
• Proficiency in operating air tools and other relevant equipment.
• Demonstrated physical strength and ability to handle heavy materials.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication and strong teamwork skills.
• A safety-conscious mindset with the ability to rigorously adhere to safety guidelines.
