Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
– 5 years minimum experience in Western Cuisine

– Solid background in the food industry with experience in restaurant management.
– Proficiency in food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques.
– Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
– Excellent leadership abilities to effectively manage a kitchen team.
– Experience in bartending is a plus.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
