Sale and Marketing Administrator

Responsibilities:
– Basic marketing tasks, such as updating company website for promotions and update sale events on social media, post Ads online through various platforms. Experience in QuickBook, able generate Invoice, Quotation and other basic functions.
– Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
– Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
– Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
– Skills: – Strong retail sales experience, preferably in a similar role
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proven ability to sell products and upsell additional items
– Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
– Experience with product demonstrations is a plus
– Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially in languages commonly spoken in the local community – Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
– Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and keep track of inventory
