Help Wanted: Groundskeeper at Key Marine Resort

Key Marine Resort is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our resort grounds. The ideal candidate will have experience operating lawnmowers and grass trimmers, and will take pride in ensuring our outdoor spaces are well-kept and inviting.

Responsibilities:
– Cut and trim grass
– Rake and clean yards of any pinecones/pine needles/litter etc.
– Perform general landscape maintenance
– Operate and maintain lawnmowers, grass trimmers, and other landscaping equipment
– Maintain flower beds and shrubbery
– Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a groundskeeper or in a similar role
– Proficiency in operating lawnmowers and grass trimmers
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Reliable transportation
