The Opportunity

  • As a valued member of our Customer Relations team, you will be responsible for the daily processing and balancing of customer payments made via EFT as well as the collection and sorting of all mail payments and payments made through the onsite night deposit box. Other responsibilities include administration of the Automatic Payment Plan and providing front line customer service support by obtaining accurate banking information from customers and investigating any issues/discrepancies with the banking information. Processing debit authorizations and liaising with internal and external parties to investigate and resolve payment inquiries are also important job duties.
  • Qualifications include graduation from high school supplemented by a two-year Basic Accounting Course or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You must be a self-motivated team player who is focused on providing quality customer service, with keen communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people.
  • Compensation is as per the current Clerical Agreement.
