Open Positions:
1. Registered Nurses (RNs):
Qualifications:
 Valid RN license in Manitoba. Police Ck, Child and Adult Registry
 Experience in acute care, long-term care, or a related field.
 Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
 Assessing patient needs and developing care plans.
 Administering medications and treatments.
 Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
 Providing emotional support to patients and families.
2. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):
Qualifications:
 Valid LPN license in Manitoba. Police Ck, Child and Adult Registry
 Experience in geriatric care or rehabilitation.
 Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
 Assisting with patient assessments.
 Administering medications and wound care.
 Monitoring patient progress.
 Collaborating with RNs and other team members.
3. Health Care Assistants (HCAs):
Qualifications:
 HCA certification. Police Ck, Child and Adult Registry
 Compassion and empathy.
 Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
Responsibilities:
 Providing personal care to residents.
 Assisting with mobility and transfers.
 Supporting social and recreational activities.
 Maintaining a safe and clean environment.
