Seeking part-time (afternoon) care giver for infant and toddler

Our family is seeking an experienced nanny to care for our infant (2yrs) and child (5yrs). We are strictly looking for weekdays from 3pm-5:30pm.
Duties will mainly include picking up kids from school, bringing them home, changing them and giving them a snack. Less often, it may involve helping with preparing meals.

We live in Oakville and the schools are within 5 mins driving proximity to our house.
