Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Home Renovations Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing various renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
Duties:
-arrive at work on time which requires your own transportation within the Niagara region
– Conduct on-site assessments to determine project scope and requirements
– Plan and execute renovation projects according to blueprints and specifications
– Perform construction painting, caulking, cabinet installation , flooring and trim and drywall tasks as well as framing and minor plumbing and tile
– Utilize hand tools, power tools
– Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the renovation process
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in home renovations or a related field
– Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
– Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
– Ability to work independently and produce high quality work from start to finish
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
– bathroom and basement renovations
– Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools for construction tasks
