Crystal Edge Management Consulting has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator. This individual will report directly to the Manager and work closely with the landscape & maintenance teams.

DUTIES:
Invoicing clients and contractors.
Communication with maintenance field workers.
Receive and screen incoming calls.
General administrative support, scheduling, data entry, responding to emails.
Accounts receivable.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer skills required: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Ability to work with little supervision, self-motivated, and well organized.
Ability to handle confidential matters.
Must be reliable and punctual.

Full-time

Monday-Friday

7:45 Am – 4 Pm

Pay: 26/Hour
