Aramark is recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to manage our Multi-Unit Food Service operation at a college campus in Scarborough. Reporting to General Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager will plan, administer, and direct all unit activities related to Tim Hortons, Subway, Pizza Pizza, and Aramark proprietary food service operations.

Job Responsibilities

?    Daily oversight of retail food services of Tim Hortons, Subway, Pizza Pizza franchises and Aramark proprietary brands
?    Leading a team of staff, ensure daily opening, operating, and closing of stores are done in accordance with brand and Aramark standards
?    Scheduling employees and managing time off, sick leave and reporting as required
?    Monitor staff performance and comfortable with progressive discipline process
?    Managing inventory and financials, including store registers and floats
?    Tracking sales and providing financial reports as required 
?    Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
?    Follow up and resolve customer complaints
?    Provide data to the General Manager as needed
?    Provide occasional support to other campus sites as required

Qualifications

?    A minimum of 2-3 years Food and Beverage management experience is required
?    Experience managing Tim Hortons, Subway or Pizza Pizza franchise is preferred
?    Knowledgeable conducting inventory counts, maintaining par levels and ordering 
?    Staff management including scheduling, training, coaching, tracking, and discipline 
?    Well developed communication and people skills to foster employee and client relations
?    Knowledgeable about Health and Safety protocols and policies
?    Knowledgeable about Food Safety and Sanitation
?    Able to navigate Microsoft Suite including Excel is required
