Warehouse / Sales Accosiate

We are seeking a motivated and reliable warehouse/sales associate to join our team. This dual role position involves both warehouse management and sales responsibilities, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.

Warehouse duties:
-Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
-organize and maintain inventory in warehouse
-Prepare and complete order for delivery or pickup according to schedule
-Perform inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate
-Maintain a clean and safe working enviorment

Sales duties
– Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flooring products based on their neesd and preferences
-Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficently
-Maintain knowledge of current products and materials
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
-Previous experience in a warehouse or sales role, preferable in the flooring or construction industry
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to lift and move heavy items ( up to 50 lbs )
-Proficiency with basic computer operations and sales software
-Multie tasking
-Good note taking abilities

Prefereed Qualifications :
-Forklift experience
-knowledge of flooring products and installation
