SMP Communications Inc. is seeking a dedicated Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on making outbound calls, logging call details, generating daily activity reports, and managing relationships with key contacts.
Responsibilities:
– Outbound Calls:
– Make proactive outbound calls to promote our products and services.
– Follow up on previous communications to maintain and strengthen relationships.
– Call Logging:
– Accurately document all interactions and updates in our Smart Sheet system.
– Ensure all call logs are complete and up-to-date.
– Reporting:
– Generate and submit daily activity reports detailing call outcomes and progress.
– Analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Relationship Management:
– Maintain and nurture relationships with key contacts.
– Address inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in telemarketing or a call center environment.
– Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Familiarity with data entry.
Experience:
Telemarketing: 6 months to 1 year.
