HIRING CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATORS
Location: Vaughan, ON
Salary: 65K – 75K
Job responsibilities:
 Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data on CRM.
 Identifies labour, materials and time requirements by studying blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
 Conducts take-offs.
 Estimating Experience.
 Accubid / Trimble Experience.
 HVAC Specific experience.
 MS Office suite software (Excel, word, outlook, MS CRM)
Working Conditions
 Travel may be required to carry out an onsite investigation
 Ability to attend and conduct presentations and meetings
 Overtime as required
 Lifting or moving up to 20lbs may be required
 Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals
 Lifting or moving up to 20 lbs may be necessary.
