The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and organizational skills. They must be able to multi task, take direction and be a self starter.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Organizing and dispatching trucks and drivers
Dealing with customers and helping them to get loads booked in
Maintaining dispatching schedule so that it is up to date.
Preparing dispatch sheets as well as organizing and keeping track of all paperwork associated with the loads.
Working a rotation shift with other dispatcher that consists of being on call 24 hours a day.
Keeping track of trucks and making sure they meet their scheduled load/unload times
Provide customers with updates as required
Completing border crossing paperwork including ACI/ACE Manifests
language English and Punjabi, Hindi
