Heartwood Properties is a real estate development and property management company. Our current project is a 6-unit residential construction site located in Souris, PE and we are looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to contribute to the final stages of our 6-unit construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for various finishing tasks, including trim, cabinets, backsplash installation, door installation, etc. Work based out of Charlottetown after Souris project is completed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, and windows, backsplash tile, etc.
• Fit and install cabinetry, shelves, closet rods and other finish fixtures.
• Perform detailed and precise work, ensuring all measurements and cuts are accurate.
• Collaborate with other trades.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Wage: $25-30/hour depending on experience.
