Maintenance Technician

Manpower is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technician to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and, maintenance of various systems and equipment.

This position is in a fast-paced facility in Mississauga.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Shift Timings: 8:00am -4:00pm (Monday – Friday)
Pay Range: $20/hour
Location: Mississauga, ON
Length of Assignment: 6 months- 1 year

Responsibilities

• Assembling/Disassembling certain bots/products
• Troubleshoot Bots to identify root cause
• Use hand and power tools to open and fix machines (Bots)
• Read and follow instructions
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance activities.
• collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of systems.

Qualification

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Robotics / Automation / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics 

• Exposure to IT and Software tools like Servers / IP / Firmware / Office tools
• Proficient in Database management (Excel / google sheets etc

• Should have worked in troubleshooting Electrical / electronic / Mechanical devices (Either of them) 

• Should have hands-on knowledge of handling power tops & Analytical tools (Verniers / Hand drills / Power guns / Multimeters / Rachet guns etc..)
• Exposure to 5S / Quality management / using QC tools for problem solving 

• Excellent communications and teamwork abilities
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent aptitude with numbers and technology
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure a must
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to read instructions and Follow process
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
