Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Dispatcher to work in our Abbotsford based long haul Trucking Company. The successful candidate must be organized, professional, able to multi-task, and able to work in a fast paced environment. Communicate through cellular telephone with drivers to ensure constant status and location.
Duties:
Answering Phone calls, dealing with Customers & Truck Drivers to Dispatch them, Booking appointments and Customs Clearance and Data Entry. Call taking, Border Clearance and Billing ( ACE & ACI Manifests), Booking available loads, Use of Load Link Software, Dispatch and update drivers. Communicate with clients regarding their shipments.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent education. Excellent Communication and Computer skills with proficiency in Windows based applications. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong Customer Service experience. 1 year experience working in an office environment or dispatch will be an asset but not required.
