Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Remedy Professional Realty in Edmonton, AB, and Calgary Ab. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties The agent will conduct market research, generate leads, and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients. The agent will also provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and satisfactory real estate experience for clients. Leads supplied and hands on training in the field as well as full broker support,admin support,conveyancing,marketing,branding. We have opportunities in both residential and commercial real estate in both our Edmonton and Calgary office.
Qualifications
Hold a valid real estate license in the province of Alberta
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Edmonton and or Calgary, AB
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in using real estate software and tools.
willing to network and attend events to further market and brand yourself.
