General Laborer

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks around the worksite, including lifting, carrying, and performing manual labor tasks. This role is essential to our operations and requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks
Check and weigh materials and products
Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
Perform other labouring and elemental activities
Clean machines and immediate work areas
Perform general labouring duties

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a laborer or similar role is a plus but not always required.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods.
Good hand-eye coordination.

Skills and Abilities:
Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing processes.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills.

Work Environment:
Willingness to work in various weather conditions (outdoor positions).
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and overtime if required.
Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a laborer role.
Valid driver’s license.
Lives in Linden or closeby town
