1 Cook and 1 Helper/Market Vendor at a Specialty Food Business

About Us: We are a dynamic specialty food vendor located in Bear River, NS, specializing in a wide array of Asian cuisine. We supply a variety of hot, refrigerated, and frozen foods to local retailers and farmers markets. We’re a team of creative entrepreneurs who thrive on innovation and are looking to welcome new members who share our passion for food and flair for creativity.

Positions:
Full-Time Cook
Full-Time Helper/Market Vendor

Cook Responsibilities:
Inventory management
Processing of meat and vegetables
Preparing meals and sauces
Packing orders for delivery
Maintaining kitchen hygiene

Helper/Market Vendor Responsibilities:
Assisting the cook with food preparation
Traveling to and from farmers markets (company vehicle provided)
Setting up and taking down the market stall
Serving food to customers
Working towards independently managing the market stall

Qualifications:
Cook: Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience
Helper/Market Vendor: Class 5 license ,no prior experience necessary, training will be provided

Location: Bear River, NS, B0S 1B0

Salary:
Cook: $18-$20 per hour
Helper/Market Vendor: $18-$20 per hour
