As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

– Provide accurate information about our products and services.

– Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy.

– Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.

– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.

– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

– Contribute to the development and improvement of our customer service procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

– Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
