About the Hobby Farm:
Our Hobby Farm is a sanctuary for small-scale agricultural production, operated for pleasure and recreation, offering a unique opportunity for individuals to engage in farming practices and gain valuable experience in the agricultural sector. The farm boasts a range of features, including:
Dog Kennel
Greenhouse
Outdoor Fields
Livestock
Social Media Posts and Pages
How-To Video Production
We welcome innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance the farm’s operations and offerings, fostering a dynamic and engaging environment for all.
Rental Space and Job Options:
In addition to farm work opportunities, we provide rental space for individuals seeking a peaceful retreat from city life. Future long-term arrangements can be considered based on the applicant’s dedication and commitment to the farm. Applicants have the following options:
Work Exchange: Rent a room at $450.00 per month, including food and no utilities, in exchange for working a minimum of 25 hours per week. ( This is a work to live Option, you will work to pay of the remainder of the full rent only )
Hourly Wage Option: Rent a room at
$800.00 ( First & Last Required )
$16.00-$20.00, depending on skill level.
Additional Opportunities:
Agricultural Product Growth: Opportunities to grow your own agriculture products and be part of our farm network, earning income by selling farm products and creating your own business model.
Lease-to-Own Option: Future opportunity to lease to own a parcel of land (0.5-1 acre) on the farm.

Requirements:
No prior experience is required as training will be provided. We value references and previous work experience for farm roles, and for rental applicants, we require landlord references and job letters or background information.
