My name is Zackary and I am owner of TZ Services. My company offers both residential and commercial cleaning and lawn care, pressure washing and painting in the Muskoka and Orillia area. We also service water access only cottages. I also have a colleague that helps with me in property maintenance.

I bring all my own supplies and equipment including vacuums, mops, rags and cleaning solutions. My quotes are free and based upon your needs. I also offer window cleaning, carpet cleaning and deep cleaning upon request.

Leaf blowing
Bagging and disposing of leaves
Weeding
Gardening
Spring and fall cleanup
I also bring my own equipment including lawn mower, trimmer, leaf blower and rake.
Property Maintenance
I have worked with property management companies for 4 years. I personally have acquired a well balanced set of skills in maintaining interior and exterior of cottages, boathouses and personal residences. I also work with a colleague who is a master tradesman who also improves any property he walks on to. Between the two of us we are hoping to partner with a few properties this 2024 season. Jobs include but are not limited to the following:
1. drywall labor
2. door and window installs
3. Small plumbing and electrical repairs
4. Exterior Siding install and repair
5. Roofing
6. Flooring
7. Tiling
8. Interior/exterior Renovations
9. Carpentry jobs (stairs, decks, patios etc.)
10. Boathouse and docks repairs
Any trades we are not licensed for we have contacts for. So if we can’t do it we can organize it.
