Road Service Technician

Full Job Description
To continue our success and growth we are currently searching for an ambitious Road Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs and install tires on material handling equipment in a safe and professional manner. You will be relied upon to continually strive to do things better and improve outcomes for our customers-our people-our company at every interaction.

Responsibilities:
-Perform thorough maintenance and repairs on a variety of rental and customer equipment
-Travel to customer job sites; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
-Installation of industrial tires; mounting and dismounting, performing tire inspections
-Diagnose, inspect and troubleshoot repairs all forms of customer equipment
-Completion and submission of all work orders
-Collaborate with Team members
-Undertake other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-Mechanical aptitude
-Must be eligible to work in Ontario
-Ability to follow established procedures and practices
-Commitment to all health and safety guidelines
-Valid drivers license and clean driving record
-Supply own tools
-Very good physical strength and stamina
-Exceptional organizational skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Experience with a variety of equipment is a plus
