Job Summary:
Elegant Coatings is a family owned and operated concrete floor coating company in Calgary AB. We are looking for an office administrator to work out of our home office, and help us to grow and develop by promoting good communication, support, and administration for the company.
Wage will be determined by experience, skill and what assets you can bring to our company

Skills and Abilities:
· Proficient typing and computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Well-developed interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
· Flexible, able to change and multitask
· Learn new things quickly
· Detail conscious with good quality control
· Independent, self-motivated worker
· Sensitive to meeting the needs of all of our clients; residential and commercial
· Basic bookkeeping skills and understanding
· Experience typing and sending estimates and invoices is an asset
· Confidentiality and Professionalism for all of our customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide administrative and reception duties for Elegant Coatings staff and clients
· Light bookkeeping duties
. Answer phones and relay messages or concerns promptly to appropriate parties
· Process mail and email
. Scheduling quotes for customers
. Manage and track inventory
. Track profits vs loss
. Payroll
· Create and send estimates, invoices and receipts to customers using Quickbooks
· Maintain master calendar
· Manage project bookings and communicate with customers
· Create and maintain filing systems
.Some social media promotion
· Any reasonable additional tasks and requirements designated to you

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience
