What Will You Be Doing?

  • Customer Support: Be the go-to person for customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat. Provide prompt and friendly assistance to make their day better.
  • Onboarding: Welcome new clients with open arms, guiding them through our platform and ensuring they maximize the value of our services.
  • Training: Collaborate with the sales team on client calls, helping clients unlock the full potential of our platform.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively listen to our clients and gather valuable feedback to help us continuously improve our offerings.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues clients face with a positive attitude, coordinating with our product team when necessary.
  • Sales Support: Assist small businesses with sales efforts and always be on the lookout for new clients to introduce to our Sales Team.

  • Customer Success Rockstar: You’ve excelled in customer success, account management, or customer support roles, particularly in the tech or HR/Recruitment industry.
  • Skilled Communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch, both verbal and written.

  • Tech Whiz: You’re adept with software applications and quickly learn new technologies.

  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and French is a plus but not a requirement.
