Technician Supervisor (Garage Foreman)

We are seeking a dedicated Garage Foreman to oversee operations in our garage facility (Etobicoke, ON). In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, scheduling maintenance tasks, assigning technicians to various jobs, conducting Health and Safety meetings, and assisting in the hiring process of new technicians.

What’s the Job?

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the garage facility.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks for vehicles and equipment.
• Assign technicians to specific repair and maintenance jobs.
• Conduct regular Health and Safety meetings to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new technicians.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve efficiency.

 What’s Needed?

• Valid G Driver’s License (AZ License preferred).
• 310T license (mandatory).
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a garage or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
