Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and client care. If you have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in the mortgage industry, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
– Develop relationships with referral sources to generate leads
– Negotiate terms and conditions of mortgages with clients and lenders
– Conduct credit analysis to determine loan eligibility
– Prepare and review loan contracts
– Generate leads and cultivate relationships to drive sales
– Originate loans and assist clients throughout the mortgage process
– Provide outstanding customer service to clients at all stages of the financing process
– Ensure compliance with FSRA regulations
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Mortgage Agent or similar role
– Strong knowledge of mortgage origination processes and procedures
– Excellent negotiation and sales skills
– Familiarity with FSRA regulations
– Outstanding customer service abilities
– Proficiency in using software for financial transactions
– The ideal candidate will have already completed the Ontario Mortgage Agent licensing course, or be enrolled
