Marketing and Sales representative

Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
– Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
– Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customersSkills:
– Strong retail sales experience, preferably in a similar role
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proven ability to sell products and upsell additional items
– Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
– Experience with product demonstrations is a plus
– Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially in languages commonly spoken in the local community
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
– Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and keep track of inventory
– Basic marketing tasks, such as updating company website for promotions and update sale events on social media, post Ads online through various platforms.

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
