Job Description:Job Description The successful candidate can expect to be scheduled 32-40 hours/week including AM/PM, week day and weekend shifts. This role may be scheduled Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 6:30pm Regular Store Hours: Mon – Sat 8:00am – 8:00pmSun 9:00am – 7:00pm HEALTH & BEAUTY TEAM MEMBER As part of our Health & Beauty team, you promote clean beauty choices by educating our customers on the benefits of natural health and beauty products, making recommendations based on specific needs, and assisting customers discover a fresh perspective on healthy & beauty. As a product knowledge expert, you know how to help customers understand what combination products will work best for them to achieve their health & beauty goals. A passion for and experience with natural beauty products including make up and skin care will enhance your success when assisting customers. We like building meaningful connections with our new and regular customers and this is an important first step.Assist customers with their specific needs—asking them questions to learn more about what their journey looks like and providing suggestions on how best to meet their goals. Although you may already have an impressive background in health & beauty, you will be able to participate in regular product knowledge trainings so you’re always prepared to answer questions and provide informed recommendations.We understand health & beauty is a very personal experience so it is why we explain the basics with our suggested plan and recommended add-ons that may complement and support our customers’ goals. Use your creativity and eye for detail to make attractive and organized displays.In other words, you will help others on their journey of health & beauty, share your knowledge on our amazing products, be a great team player and have fun!
