Warehouse Team Lead (Supervisor)- Brampton, ON

DC Staffing Solutions is looking for an Experienced Warehouse Team lead for for one our potential client located in Brampton, ON.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
– Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate work
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies
– Analyze inventory levels and usage to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
– Utilize computerized systems for inventory tracking and data analysis
– Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
– Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Experience and Requirements:
– Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role
– Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles
– Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) for data analysis and reporting
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to lead a team and effectively delegate tasks
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
