This position is ideal for individuals looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform various physical tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to, lifting, moving materials, and operating tools.Assist with site preparation, including setting up and breaking down job sites.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.Participate in on-site training and mentorship programs provided by GrizzlyTrek.RequirementsPrevious experience in construction or skilled labour is preferred.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.Flexibility to work a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation.BenefitsCompetitive starting wage of $25 per hour.Comprehensive training and career development support.Inclusive work environment with a focus on Indigenous employment opportunities.Access to industry-leading benefits, including health insurance and retirement savings plans.On-site training, mentorship, and continuous support.
