Shifts: Casual ResponsibilitiesResident admissions, discharges and transfersResident assessments and care planningAdministration of medications, treatments and wound careWorking with electronic documentation (PointClickCare) and MDS AssessmentsLiaises with physicians, families and other members of the care teamDelegates tasks to unregulated care providersParticipates in Care Conferences and Medication reviews.
