CNC Brake Press Setter/Operator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications.

Duties
– Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets
– Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine specifications
– Select the appropriate tools, dies for each job
– Adjust machine settings such as speed, pressure, and back gauge position
– Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of bends
– Inspect finished parts using calipers or other measuring instruments for dimensional accuracy

Requirements
– 2 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator
– Proficient in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
– Ability to set up and operate press brake machines
– Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
