Job Description:Job Description Consortium Staffing Solutions is a recruitment company based in Toronto that is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Etobicoke. We are excited to provide this opportunity to a qualified candidate.Location: Etobicoke, ONWage: $22/hr to $25/hr (based on experience)Job Type: Full Time PermanentTiming: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Days: Monday to Friday Duties & Responsibilities: Deal customers either by telephone, email or face to face.Provide pricing, availability and delivery information.Process orders, forms, applications and requests.Respond promptly to customer inquiries.Handle and resolve customer complaints.Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated manager.Help organize training seminars and industry events.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.Follow up on customer interactions.Maintain customer databases.Manage administration.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Skills Required:Strong interpersonal and communication skills – Written and VerbalStrong problem solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role is required. Knowledge of relevant computer applications(Word, Excel, Data Entry).Knowledge of Administrative procedures.Product Knowledge(Training Provided).High school diploma, General education degree or equivalent.
