Job Description:Job Description MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth-orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare monthly bank reconciliation including journal entriesMaintain bank working papers with supplementary backups for audit trail purposesCoordinate and communicate effectively with accounts payable/revenue accountant/operations to ensure that bank discrepancies are resolved in a timely mannerEnsure accounting policies and procedures are followedOther ad hoc reports and tasks as neededRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with experience in Property Management preferredProficient Excel skills; Yardi Voyageur systems an assetSelf-directed and takes initiativeAble to work in a fast-paced, challenging environmentPunctual, strong verbal and oral communication skillsStrong prioritization and time management skillsDetail-oriented and organizedSalary commensurate with experience.
