We are currently hiring Team Member for our store located in Ajax. As a Team Member you will be part of a diverse team of individuals with a strong background in computer systems technology & customer service. You will be eligible for an additional commission based on warranty sales, up to 25% of revenue. As Team Members your responsibilities will be as follows: Responsibilities:Provide customers with excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating products and offering product knowledgeReceive shipments and stock, unload stockEnsure that the products are merchandised to company standardsProcess retail sales transactions and maintain the cash areaMaintain housekeeping standardsOther duties as assigned Requirements:1-2 years of retail sales and/or cash handling experience in a similar environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem solving, attention to detail and organizational skillsProven ability to achieve sales targetsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracyExtensive knowledge in computer parts and accessories, and consumer electronicsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods of time, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise which entails liftingAbility to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed We thank all interested candidates, however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
