Lead Painter & Field Supervisor

Job Description:Job Description Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Interior & Exterior Painting: Perform painting tasks on walls, ceilings, trim, and other substrates. Execute prep work, including masking, taping, patching, caulking, sanding, scraping and pressure washing.. Apply solvent and water-based coatings using brushing, rolling, and spraying techniques. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Operate from heights. Step ladders, extension ladders (including up to 40’), scaffolding, aerial lifts, and roofs. Supervisor Work Manage a small crew to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines and budgets Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and run weekly safety meetings. Ensure all team members follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and core values. Communicate regularly with the owner and management team about project progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Quarterly evaluation for raise opportunity Qualifications: Proven experience as a professional painter. (Commercial painting experience an asset) Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
